How it works

  1. 1

    Connect Jobber

An admin authorizes your Jobber account once. Each estimator sees only the assessments assigned to them in Jobber.

  2. 2

    Assess & annotate on site

Take photos, letter the slabs to lift, draw the joints to seal, enter measurements and capture what the homeowner asked for.

  3. 3

    Prepare the visual scope

Review a clean scope with marked photos and quantities — a homeowner version and a crew version — ready to save, share or print.

Built for the way repair contractors actually scope work

Slab lettering & lift markings

AI suggestions optional

Letter every slab A, B, C, outline the ones you're lifting and fill them blue. Unselected slabs stay labeled so crews know what's what.

Caulking & sealing by the foot

Draw joint lines point to point, tag each section with linear feet and roll them into a total — or enter one total for a quick quote.

Homeowner conversation summaries

AI-assisted · Early access

With consent, record the walk-through and get an editable summary of requests, crew notes and follow-ups. You review before anything is saved.

Jobber customer context

See the assigned assessment, client, property, quote status and deposit status from Jobber, plus customer history on demand.

Google Calendar sync

Optional

Each estimator can add their own assigned Jobber assessments to their Google Calendar. Jobber stays the schedule of record.

Clearer crew instructions

Crews get the marked photos, slab letters, joint footage and access notes — without internal sales notes or pricing they don't need.

One scope everyone can read

  • Blue = lifting. Each lifted slab carries its letter and an up arrow. Identified slabs that aren't being lifted get a small red letter.
  • Green = joints to seal. Every section can carry its own LF so the homeowner sees where 10 LF or 100 LF goes.
  • You stay in control. AI suggestions are drafts until you confirm them. Measurements come from you, not guesses.

Questions

Is this made by Jobber?

No. PolyjackFlow is an independent product built by STL Polyjack. It connects to your Jobber account through Jobber's official API after an admin authorizes it. It is not made, endorsed or certified by Jobber.

Do I need Jobber?

Yes, today PolyjackFlow is built for teams already running on Jobber. Your assigned assessments, customers and properties come from Jobber, so there's no double entry. A standalone camera markup mode works without Jobber, but the full workflow expects a Jobber account.

Does it measure automatically?

No. You enter or confirm linear feet, square feet and slab counts yourself. AI can suggest slab and joint positions on a photo, but nothing counts toward a scope until you confirm it.

Does it send estimates or quotes to Jobber?

Not automatically. Quotes are still built in Jobber. An optional Finalize step can add an internal client note with your scope photos to the Jobber client after you review and send it.

Is Google Calendar required?

No. Each estimator can optionally connect their own Google Calendar to show their assigned Jobber assessments. Jobber stays the schedule source of truth.
