Who may use it
PolyjackFlow is for authorized STL Polyjack staff only. Accounts are created by an administrator and may not be shared.
Acceptable use
- Use customer information only to perform STL Polyjack work.
- Record a homeowner conversation only after getting their consent.
- Connect only your own Google Calendar.
- Do not attempt to access assessments or data you are not assigned.
Estimates and AI suggestions
AI suggestions and summaries are drafts that staff must review. Estimates are not binding until a quote is sent and approved in Jobber.
Third-party services
Jobber and Google Calendar are governed by their own terms. Connecting them is optional for estimators except where required by your role.
